Natasha cannot do enough to ensure you are satisfied with the hearing aids. She has already spent about three hours with me during two visits and a further visit is scheduled in a few weeks time to see how I find the aids after having tried demo ones for two weeks. She even travelled during rush hour to remove a dome in my ear which became detached. All that’s in addition to a very pleasant lady!
